Capricorn Conveyancing is a small family-owned, independent settlement agency. Capricorn Conveyancing is owned by Licensee Kylie Van Padua who established the business in 2010. Having built the business over the years, we expanded in 2023 by taking on two additional team members, Melanie & Lauren.
Here at Capricorn Conveyancing, we provide a personal yet professional service from beginning to end of the settlement process.
As settlement agents, we are aware that we are dealing with one of the biggest investments you will ever have in your lifetime and we want to ensure that all of your interests are taken care of. We work as a team, so both Conveyancers (Kylie & Mel) are familiar with your file, to action all things necessary and answer any questions you may have.
